- I can't sign in. Make sure you're using the same Apple or Google account used during setup. If the issue continues, email support.
- How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open App Store → your profile → Subscriptions → Rex, then cancel.
- How do I delete my account and data? In the app, go to Settings → Legal & Account → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently erases your account and all your data (meals, workouts, plans, and streaks) and can't be undone. You can also email support@rexfit.app if you need help.
- How do I report a bug or give feedback? Use the thumbs up/down buttons in chat to give quick feedback, or email support@rexfit.app for detailed reports.
